Delivery Information

SHOULD YOU WISH TO PURCHASE FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UK, PLEASE PURCHASE FROM MY ETSY STORE HERE SO THAT THE RIGHT VAT AND TARIFF CODES ARE APPLIED. 

 I am a one woman band and everything is made by hand so each individual listing has a clear dispatch time but please do allow shipping time on top of that. 

Physical Products- Posted out within 7 working days 

SHE Art- dispatch within 5-6 weeks

Postage Time

Once your order has been made and dispatched, please allow the following time for postage:

UK - 1-3 working days

Postage Rates -FREE DELIVERY TO THE UK ON ALL ORDERS

If you wish to upgrade your delivery using a faster tracked service for a specific date please contact me on lisa@thesassyshe.com so I can arrange this for you at an additional cost . 

All orders are shipping using Royal Mail and proof of postage is always obtained.

Please ensure that the address on your order and confirmation email is right and that the spelling is correct. Please ensure your order shipping address matches the one on your Paypal account should you pay using this method. I cannot be held responsible should your address be incorrect. 

Please keep an eye out for your Postman or a "Something For You" card in case they attempt delivery while you're out. In this instance you can collect your order from your local Delivery Office or alternatively visit the Royal Mail website to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time.

Please make sure that your Shipping Address details are accurate at time of order. Postage paid on any orders which are returned to us due to errors in your Shipping Address will be invoiced to you (via Paypal) before the order can be re-shipped.

If you have not received your item within the specified days after your confirmation email please do contact me.

AIRMAIL SHIPPING

Please see the dispatch times at the top of this information. If you have not received your item within fifteen days please contact me. For non delivery please contact me within 30 days so I can contact the relevant parties. 

Customers are responsible for any customs charges,taxes or duty which apply to their own country if applicable. I cannot be held responsible for any customs delays either. By purchasing from me, you agree to this policy.

DELAYED POST

While postal delays are rare- please take into account that mail can sometimes take a bit longer than expected at busy times of the year such as Christmas. Please make sure you order in plenty of time- however if you require a quicker posting service please do contact me and I will see what I can do. 

You can check if you have any undelivered mail waiting for you at your local Royal Mail Delivery Office by giving them a call.
