When I’m asked why I no longer teach yoga, I explain that it’s not that I DON’T teach yoga, it’s that I now share IN.YOUR.BODY.MENT® 

Whole-body support and nourishment through movement, dance, breath work and sound + somatic practices. Each class/session/workshop will feel like your body is a living ceremony to SHE - it’s devotional and delicious, there’s drum banging and sound making and foot stamping and created and curated by me to support and source your magic through the rhythmic intelligence of your body in connection with nature and the cosmos.

IN.YOUR.BODY.MENT is my personal call and response to anyone who want to become literate in and wise to their own body’s language. These movement, breath work, sound, and somatic practices are created to support, resource, and work in tune with the cyclical nature and rhythmic intelligence of your body.

Because when we do come in, come down, IN to our bodies, especially IN to our pelvic bowl, we can start to feel and experience our own rhythms, recognizing that like ALL of nature and creation we have a dance, a song, and a rhythm all our own.

Like the ocean tides, we too ebb and flow, and we are MEANT to expand and contract.

IN.YOUR.BODY.MENT is an invitation to m o o o o v e in a deliciously fluid, serpentine way with that rhythm (in that moment, knowing that in the next moment, it might, and often will, feel different).

It’s this curiosity through moving our bodies, and the way we use our breath and make sounds, that evokes remembrance. At a cellular level. It evokes wisdom held in the DNA of our being, in our mitochondria, that’s been lying dormant, waiting to be activated, by you, and through you. (In the same way that the Goddess, Ma, Source power has been ever-present for thousands of years, simply waiting for us to remember and activate Her, in us and through us.)

And when we can be WITH the feelings and felt sensations of our body through movement, breath, and sound we start to realize and recognize that we are in a dance WITH nature – that the water, the Earth, the fire and air, the moon and the planets ALL inform our lived experience. And that together, in that dance, we can co-regulate our nervous system, grow strong roots that support us to stay IN our body and be more present and more coherent to all that’s wishing to be seen, heard, felt, experienced, and lived.

Classes, workshops + retreats are curated spaces – not to ‘get fit,’ although you ‘might,’ but ultimately they’re a space where you can come, check in with your SHE-scape, and move, dance, sweat, pray, co-regulate your nervous system and co-create the support you need, in that moment, through breath, sound and movement.
